About Fayetteville Christian

Head of School's Welcome,

Thank you for your interest in Fayetteville Christian School. We welcome the opportunity to serve your family and are always excited to share what great things the Lord has done and continues to do through this ministry.

Since 1986, we have been passionate in our mission to "train students to think, live and lead as Christians based upon a Biblical worldview." The Gospel of Luke says, "When a child is fully grown, he will be like his teacher." Our teachers are both dedicated professionals and committed Christians who love the Lord and are committed to helping students grow both academically and spiritually. They understand the special needs of students at every stage of their development. Our teachers feel a calling to serve God in our school and are committed to a continuing quest for distinction in every aspect of the school. We strive for excellence and offer a rigorous course of study. Our students have been accepted to some of the most prestigious universities in the country and are offered an array of college scholarships. Nevertheless, we consider our greatest accomplishment the part we play in our students' character and spiritual development evidenced by the number of students who leave FCS and continue to serve Him in various ministries.

FCS has adopted an admissions policy that opens the school to families who are like-minded spiritually, who are supportive of our philosophy, objectives, and standards of education, and whose children meet our enrollment standards. Our purpose is to serve families who desire not simply a private education, but a distinctively Christian education for their children. It is our prayer that every student who is a part of FCS experiences the love of God, the truth of His Word, and the joy of His salvation. We trust God to provide us the wisdom and knowledge we need to achieve our goals. Academically, we do not settle for mediocrity. Spiritually, we do not settle for lukewarm and socially, our relationships must be centered on our oneness in Christ.

Before applying for admission to our school, please read the Student Handbook located in the Academics sections of the website. The Student Handbook will introduce you to many of the school’s policies, procedures, and expectations for both parents and students. The first several pages of the Handbook explain our religious purpose, mission, and beliefs. This school unashamedly believes, teaches, and practices a literal interpretation of the Word of God. Biblical principles are integrated into every subject taught at our school. If you do not agree with our religious mission and beliefs, enrolling your child in our school will likely cause him or her confusion. We respect your desire to place your child in the best possible learning environment, but if you are not in full agreement with our doctrinal positions, it will be best for all concerned if you do not enroll your child at our school. If you are in agreement with the teachings of God’s Word, this school will complement the beliefs and ideals your child is taught at home. Please feel free to contact me.
